A few years ago, my childhood passion for baking became my therapy after the devastating loss of my husband, Matthew to an aggressive brain tumour.
I had a real desire to learn more about nutrition for my own health in order to live my best life for myself and my husband after he died, and so my journey began learning how to bake with a variety of different
ingredients to make tasty treats that satisfied my sweet tooth whilst still being part of a healthy and wholesome, diet free lifestyle.
I also began cooking tasty, quick, easy meals with whole foods combined with an intuitive eating approach to help me achieve a natural, healthy weight and boost my energy levels without having to count calories or diet ever again!
