Blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup milk - no dairy or dairy (I love oat milk)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Method:

  • simply pop all your ingredients in a container or bowl give it a little mix, and leave overnight in the fridge ready to enjoy the next morning!
