Healthy mocha

makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (oat milk is my favourite!), or whole organic cows milk
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tsp organic instant coffee

Method:

  • place all ingredients in a small pan, heat until boiling, whisking as you go to give you the smoothest, creamiest health mocha to start your day with an extra nutritious boost!
